Mindy was the REAL DEAL. As much as I like Bret Michaels and his music, I would have to say that maybe NOW that he has chosen someone with as ‘self centered’ an attitude as he himself has he might make a go of it. Ambre was also too real for him. He needs a woman that will accept his lifestyle, because of the perks she gets out of it. It has been clear from the start that Taya was in it to promote Taya, but how can Bret fault her for that. Rock of love was about promoting Bret.
I love ya man but you reap what you sow. (meaning you plant corn you’ll get corn…..if you are self centered you’ll get treated that way.)
When i see Brett tonguing these girls i have to look away it is nauseating. I think he didnt pick Mindy because the accent would get annoying after awhile. Why wouldnt he pick the Penthouse girl…could we see him once without a bandana and who wears jeans in a tropical climate i mean really Brett. Why dont you try a girl closer to your own age instead of all the strippers and trailer park chicks
i made a statement before this last episode came on that if he picked taya i was goin to throw stuff – and it held true…socks ALL OVER the basement lol! anywho taya is a fuckin annoying prisy perfection wannabe and i cant believe he sent jamie home without giving her a further chance to explain what she meant by all that mumbo jumbo – she seemed like a nice girl – and mindy was way cooler when she wasnt being negative…im placing the bet of 3 months till a new rock of love is in the works…

I am very disappointed with Bret. I just looked at Taya’s website, she is a porn star ( it was an accident, I had no idea that penthouse is like playboy). What is annoying about her is that she acts like she is holier then holy. I can’t even write about her, she is just rubs me the wrong way. I am sorry for Mindy.

Why Taya? She is stuck on herself, attached to her own fakeness. No wonder Bret has to continue doing these shows….he keeps making the WRONG choice (except Amber..she was a right one)! Hey Bret, instead of doing another season, just pick up the phone and call Mindy when you realize how not-into-you-but-into-the-money-and-publicity Taya is!

I am sooo disappointed !!!! he should have picked Mindy, Taya is fake and just wants the exposure! Mindy is shy/sweet and real !!! he mistook that for her not being open enough – he is a bozo!!!!!!!
For anybody who likes Mindy, please rewind to the singing episode in which she whined and complained about how she couldn’t do it. Meanwhile Taya helped her out like a friend and Mindy turned around and stabbed her in the back. Taya may be a self-promoter and kind of annoying (her eyebrows are very troubling), but at least she’s not a traitorous bitch. Lest you all forget it was also revealed that Mindy is a cheater.
It obviously won’t last, but Taya was the right choice over Mindy.
I think it’s obvious. It appears that Mindy slept with him – and Taya did not. So obviously he chose Taya because he wanted in her pants.
Sorry, but I’ve lost all faith in Brett. I think he’s simply full of crap.. even though I don’t mind Taya that much. She was there promoting herself, but atleast she wasn’t a huge bitch or anything. (I was a Mindy fan throughout the season, and though she did have some less attractive moments, I still think she would’ve been good for Brett..)

I JUST CAN NOT BELIEVE HE PICKED THAT FLAKE FAKE TAYA!! What a joke!! Mindy is really in love, Taya is really in love with herself. YUK!!!!! Spare us all, Taya. I hope Bret wakes up, SOON. Mindy had less than perfect moments, but, at least she was honest. Try walking a fine line for 6 weeks, needing to put your best face forward, and being scared to death you’ll be getting stomped on. Taya SUCKS!
I think that Brett chose the best match of the women there. I liked that Taya was smart enough to have her own agenda (besides finding “love”). I also like that she has some showbiz experience. This may prove a positive for their relationship. Most of all, I like that Taya has a successfull career and is a mom. She already proved that she is less slutty than Mindy by not spending the night with Brett in hopes of swaying his decision. Now Mindy just looks like a dumb slutty third-wheel wanna be girlfriend aka another Heather. Good Lawd!
OMG! He says he hoped she didn’t do it just for publicity – but every time you see Taya, she has on her Penthouse Pet t-shirt. Is he completely clueless? She’s trying to further her career at the other girls expense. And he’s probably not successful with relationships because he’s looking for someone young enough to be his daughter – maybe he has “daddy issues”
We thought Taya would win early on because she’s heads and tails above the rest in intelligence and talent. However, Mindy’s sleeping around changed that and we were shocked when he picked Taya. Appears that Bret wants what he can’t have. Mindy acted like his average groopie and couldn’t verbalize and talk to him. Taya has no problem talking to him and didn’t sleep with him just to win. I don’t know if Taya is in love with Bret. She doesn’t seem to show her feelings but I wonder about where her eyes are when she is talking. Is she lying? I hope not. I hope they stay together. She can probably put up with his rocker lifestyle better than the rest.
Why did taya get picked I do not understand it at all!!!!I heard Mindy say to Bret I want more of this she seemed like she was complete next to bret they were making out at the reunion show and Taya came out like nothing bothered her about their passionate kiss. I also assume Bret spent the night with Bret intimidatly and how can you just turn that off or forget that it happened.
