Osbourne is suing Iommi for a 50 percent interest in the “Black Sabbath” trademark, along with a portion of Iommi’s profits from use of the name.

  1. The 1970 thru 1978 ozzy years in my opinion WAS sabbath. All of the other incarnations of it did not sound or feel the same. Dio sabbath has a few good tunes but overall I think it’s boring!
    Ive seen both versions and there is no comparison to OZZY! One last thing, Iommi is a guitar God, one of the best.
