[Director David] Twohy has been in regular communication with the movie’s star, Vin Diesel, on how to continue the series.

“I’ve sketched out two ideas for the next installment,” he told us during the exclusive interview. “Vin and I have decided on one approach of those two, and there’s some interest at the studio level but it would be as a PG-13 film, and we don’t want to do that anymore.

The last THRALL WORLD heard about a CoR sequel was from Vin Diesel himself last August in an interview with MTV:

“David Twohy right now is writing the scripts. The only question is whether we take a page from the ‘Lord of the Rings’ guys and try to shoot the two chapters at the same time. There are two more in mind,” he said of Riddick.

Syfy announced that its highly anticipated prequel series Caprica will kick off with a two-hour premiere on Jan. 22 at 9 p.m. ET/PT and will air Fridays at 10 p.m.

Producers insist they are developing a final two-hour movie [for the cancelled Post-Apocalyptic CBS television show about a small Kansas town that is caught at the center of geopolitical circumstances following a massive nuclear attack on the United States].
