Ms. FORD has booked a few down-lo warm-up shows as KISS ME DEADLY in New York before she heads down to the 80’s hair metal fest, ROCKLAHOMA, for her official return. Here’s the dates:

June 28th Poughkeepsie, NY @ The Chance,
July 6th Farmingdale, NY @ Crazy Donkey/Club Loaded
July 7th BB Kings, NYC, NY (KISS ME DEADLY)
July 11th LITA FORD Pryor, Oklahoma – Rocklahoma Festival

  1. What do you see to the returning Queen of Rock–OH!! Some may take offense in believing that title is reserved for TINA TURNER alone. Perhaps the point is valid because Tina has been around a lot longer,so therefore let me rephrase this: WHAT DOES ONE SAY TO THE RETURNINIG REIGNING QUEEN OF ROCK GUITAR??? Both Queens have made a come-back from self-imposed retirement but Lita is something unique. One of the first Women to pick up the electric axe and play it as well or better than most males on the instrument. Unlike Tina Turner, Lita still has more ground to cover because she is a great talent that has yet to be spread even wider as a house-hold name but perhaps with this return in 2008 the Creator of Cretors will bless her. For those of you not familiar with her work her four best albums,3 on RCA LITA(RCA] STILLETO{RCA] DANGEROUS CURVES{RCA] BLACK[XYZ] are great places to get to know her talent. Wishing you all the best Lita. Next time dont stay away so long we really miss you

  3. now I know were all excited about lita”s return but lets not forget who the real queen of rock is pat benatar.lita has raw talent for sure and I hope this is not a silly rumor.

    Lita is the queen of rock, there are others who sing well but for the best rock vocal, coolest action clips and musical prowl its Lita Ford. Glad to know her kids are pushing mom Lita to get back to rockin’ the boys and girls dying in a vacume of crap bands now a days. I respect her for rockin and raising he family. Shows you can still rock after a family and look nice too. Being a parent of three boys 17-22 she has my loyalty and my boys dig the rock mom totally!!! Looking forward to seeing her new show and hearing the cool riffs she puts together. See you in PA sometime Lita.
