SEVENDUST Welcomes Back Guitarist CLINT LOWERY

Guitarist Clint Lowery has rejoined SEVENDUST. Lowery’s return to the band follows the apparent departure of Sonny Mayo (ex-AMEN, SNOT), who played on SEVENDUST’s last two albums — 2005’s “Next” and 2007’s “Alpha”.

Clint spent much of 2007 as the touring guitarist for KORN. He has also just completed work on the second album from DARK NEW DAY, the band which also features in its ranks Troy McLawhorn (guitar; EVANESCENCE, ex-DOUBLE DRIVE), Clint’s brother Corey Lowery (bass; ex-STEREOMUD, STUCK MOJO) Brett Hestla (vocals; ex-CREED, VIRGOS MERLOT) and Will Hunt (drums; EVANESCENCE, ex-SKRAPE, TOMMY LEE).
